People just like you and I actually do work at home making money losing weight and here’s how they do it!
Whether you want to teach classes, exercise, sell products or just do your own thing on your own time, there’s a little something for everyone here. Some of them you could become super rich from if you choose to work hard enough and some are just enough to give you a little extra jingle in your pocket. Read on to see what might work for you.
Team BeachBody Coach: Most of us have heard of P90X or the Insanity workout. Well those are part of the BeachBody series. But there’s way more to the BeachBody program than those two crazy workouts. Hip Hop Abs and Country Heat are a couple of fun dance type workouts. They also have nutrition, weight loss and wellness products as well as gear and apparel. You earn 25% commission on all retail sales and you have the option to build a team of coaches under you to earn even more. According to their website, some of their top coaches make more than a million dollars a year. Like with anything, it’s all about how hard you’re willing to work and what you’re willing to commit.
Fit4Mom: I love this one because if you are a mom, many of the classes can be done with your babies! Earn a living and spend time with your kids. How cool is that?! This is a franchise but the initial investment is pretty low starting at around $5,000. The basics behind this is you teach classes to moms and moms-to-be. There are four class structures:
- Stroller Strides is the signature class involving workouts that include babies and toddlers
- Fit4Baby classes are intended for pregnant women
- Stroller Barre classes are a blend of ballet, Pilates, and yoga exercises
- Body Back is a 6-week program featuring child-free workouts held twice weekly
They have been voted one of the top businesses for moms by Working Mother magazine and also voted as the #1 fitness business by Franchise Business Review for franchise satisfaction.
Isagenix: With Isagenix your income potential is truly limitless. People have literally become millionaires by selling and using these products. Isagenix products include weight loss solutions, snacks and mini meals, performance solutions, energy solutions, performance solutions, healthy aging solutions, targeted and daily health solutions and age-defying solutions. They also have an IsaBody Challenge where you can compete to win up to $200,000 in cash, prizes and trips and just for completing the challenge you get a $200 product coupon, t-shirt and certificate. Not too shabby!
Pact: Pact is actually an app you install on your phone and it’s kind of neat. You can earn money three ways through Pact. You are basically making a pact with yourself to eat veggies, exercise and/or log your eating. Then if you commit and do what you agreed to in the pact you made with yourself, you get paid! The kicker is, if you don’t do what you said you’d do, you get penalized and have to pay in. I think it’s a pretty neat little app especially if you do any of these things regularly anyway. You aren’t going to get rich from this one, but if you are already logging your food or already working out regularly, why not get paid for it! And if you aren’t doing these things regularly, then no better time to start than now!
Diet Bet: You aren’t going to make a living off this one but if you want a little money motivation to keep you on track and help you stay motivated to lose weight this might be for you. You basically bet on yourself to lose weight. Everyone puts money into a “pot”, you submit photos of yourself and your weight on a scale (they have rules about how to submit these photos so you can’t cheat), then whoever wins the challenge wins the pot. Here’s a quote from their website: ” Does this actually work? Out of 471,501 DietBetters, 93.48% have lost weight during their challenges. Combined, they’ve lost 6,264,989 lbs and won $29,725,976. In other words…yes.”
HealthyWage: HealthyWage is very similar to Deal Bet where you join a challenge with a group of others and you win cash prizes for winning challenges. The challenges cost about $25 a month to join. The top three prizes are $10,000, $5,000 and $3,000. Plus if you lose 10% in nine months you get your money back. Might not be too bad of a deal if you are serious about losing weight.
Plexus Worldwide: This is another one that your income potential is essentially limitless. And they have all types of different bonus options as well as the regular commissions. They offer primarily weight management and nutrition products but do also have some personal care products as well. They claim to be the health and happiness company.
There ya have it! Gosh after writing that I want to sign up for some of these but there are only so many hours in my days and I have to draw the line somewhere. Maybe Pact though – I think I’ll check that one out. If any of you check out the others, please let me know. I’d love to hear.
