Surveys are one of the easiest and fastest ways to get started making a little extra money doing work from home. And many of them you can do from your smartphone or tablet as well.
Surveys likely won’t be a full-time income but it’s a little side cash and a good way to get started and get a feel for some of these work from home companies. Not all of them pay you in cash either. Some of them pay you in gift cards but the options for gift cards are usually so vast that you will be able to get cards for places that will be beneficial for your family so it’s essentially as good as cash.
I read a blog one time – and I wish I could remember who she was so if anyone knows feel free to message me or comment – but she talked about how she was getting all of her designer clothes, shoes and boots for free by utilizing her gift cards she had earned through surveys. Pretty sweet deal right?!
I read another blog about someone else who used Swagbucks all year long then used her earnings from that to buy her Christmas presents each year. Another pretty nifty idea!
Below is a list of a bunch of survey companies. I have personal experience with and recommend starting with Swagbucks and PaidViewpoint which is why they are leading the list. You can click on either of them underlined in this previous sentence and it will take you directly to their sites to get started (they will open in a new window so you can keep reading of course)!
PaidViewpoint is super simple to sign up for and use. This is one I do on my phone when I’m sitting waiting for someone or when I first get into bed at night – just any time I have a minute or two of downtime. You don’t earn money fast but it’s truly legitimate, they pay you in cold, hard cash and the surveys take only a minute or two to complete – I think it’s a good, simple starting point.
Swagbucks has tons of different ways you can earn which is part of the appeal with them. I pretty much have Swagbucks videos running all day long while I’m working on other things so my Swagbucks add up pretty darn quickly. But watching videos is just one way to earn with them. I can’t begin to list everything so you’ll just have to take my word for it, and click here to check it out. Swagbucks is one that does pay in gift cards but again, they have tons of different places to choose from so it’s really not inconvenient. I usually get my cards to Amazon then I have almost endless options.
